This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Sky Hop (Package: com.skyhop.game) distributed on Google Play. It covers all features and interactions within the game.

Sky Hop is built on a strict zero-data architecture:

• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, or physical locations.
• No Device or Hardware Identifiers: We do not collect advertising IDs (GAID), IMEI, MAC addresses, or IP addresses.
• No Analytics or Tracking: No tracking SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer) are embedded.
• No Advertisements: Sky Hop contains zero advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin).
• No In-App Purchases: There are no payment processors, subscriptions, or digital storefronts inside the app.

3. Device Storage & Local High Score

The only data created during gameplay is your best score and level progress. This score is saved exclusively on your local device storage using standard browser/WebView localStorage (skyhop-best).

This data never leaves your device, is never uploaded to any remote server or cloud backup, and can be deleted at any time by pressing "Reset Score" inside the game's Privacy & About dialog or clearing app storage in Android Settings.

4. Android Permissions

Sky Hop requests the minimum permissions possible:

The app does not request Internet (android.permission.INTERNET), Location, Camera, Microphone, Storage, or Contacts permissions.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

Sky Hop is designed for players of all ages, including children and families:

• No collection of personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).
• No behaviorally targeted advertising or profiling.

Sky Hop operates without embedding any third-party analytics, marketing, or advertising SDKs. The game provides standard platform actions:

• Google Play Store: If you choose to rate the app, Sky Hop opens its official Google Play store listing using the native Android intent system. The Google Play Store is operated by Google LLC and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• System Share Sheet: If you choose to share your score, Sky Hop passes the score text to Android's native share dialog. The destination app you choose (messaging, email, social) handles that text under its own privacy terms.

We respect the privacy rights of all players worldwide, including users under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

8. Security

Because Sky Hop collects and transmits no personal data over the internet, your information cannot be breached, intercepted, or leaked. Android Auto-Backup of sensitive game files is disabled, keeping your local data sandboxed on your device.
